Our Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review is a crucial step where we thoroughly assess a client’s product design and manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.

Our goal is to reduce manufacturing costs and optimize product quality and lead time.

Step 1: Submit Your Requirements

We’ll ask you to share your manufacturing requirements, like product details, budget, quality control standards, and packaging. We have a keen eye for details, and we’ll make sure your vision and needs are communicated to the manufacturer properly.

Step 2: Recieve a Quote

Once we have all the details, we’ll get a quote by deploying our on-ground team members. Rest assured, they’ll look for the most economical - yet experienced - vendor for your product. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile to make sure we find the best possible option for our clients.

Step 3: Formalize an agreement

We’ll formalize a written contract so that all the details are clear. This rules out any ambiguity later down the road and you can have clarity about exactly what you’ll be getting as an end product.

Step 4: Confirm order

We’ll handle the negotiations, leveraging our expertise to secure the most favorable terms for you. Once you are happy with everything, we’ll confirm your order to start the work!

Step 5: MONITORING PRODUCTION

Our dedicated project managers will be physically present at the manufacturing site, monitoring progress every step of the way to ensure you get superior quality at a lower cost.

Step 6: On-schedule delivery

Our local representatives make sure everything goes smoothly and your production doesn’t face any delays. We make sure your products reach you safely and on time.
