Most founders find their first factory on Alibaba or through a referral. Either way, what they end up with is rarely the right fit for their product, their volume, or their stage. Having a factory that’s too large (your account isn’t meaningful to them), too small (can’t keep up with your volume), or has the wrong capabilities can be a nightmare. That’s why we take such care in this matchmaking process.
We do it differently. Our team is in factories every single day, and we don't fish in the same tiny pond as everyone else. There's an entire side of Chinese manufacturing that doesn't show up on Alibaba... domestic factories with the same machines and the same capabilities, at meaningfully lower cost. They don't have an English-speaking sales team because they don't sell to the export market, but that's where we come in.
