QC, Compliance & Testing

We're in the factory every week. So you don't have to be.

What makes us different:

Most QC services charge per-inspection. Ours is built into the relationship. We win when you grow, which means our incentives are aligned and we’re motivated to find issues AND fix the root causes, not just count problems. We also handle the compliance and certification work most sourcing companies offload back to the founder, because retailer rejections and customs holds cost everyone time.

Once production starts, our team takes over the day-to-day. That means we're physically in your factory on a regular basis, talking to the line manager, eyeballing the quality, catching the small problems before they become big ones, and giving the factory advance notice on what's coming next so they can plan capacity. Founders we work with describe it as having a sourcing department in their company that they don't have to manage. That's the goal.

Quality also means compliance. If your product is going on Amazon, into Target, into Costco, or across a US customs line, there's a stack of certifications, lab reports, and testing requirements that have to clear before any of it happens. We handle the whole stack. Our team in China runs the routine functional and dimensional testing in-house: drop tests, durability checks, sample comparisons against the golden sample, and batch-to-batch consistency.

For the certifications that need an accredited third-party lab (CPSIA for kids' products, FCC for electronics, FDA for food-contact items, ASTM for toys and sporting goods, Prop 65 for anything shipping into California, CE for Europe), we coordinate the submission directly with the labs we use most often: Intertek, SGS, Bureau Veritas, and TÜV. You don't manage the lab relationship. You don't decode the test report. You don't chase the cert when your retailer's compliance packet asks for it. We do.
