Originally from Michigan, Joe has been part of Go Get Made since the early days, helping Eric build the company from the ground up. He played offensive lineman for the Mount Union Raiders in 2018 — which pretty much tells you what you need to know about how he shows up: steady, reliable, and focused on getting the job done.
Joe tends to be on the quieter side, but he’s an operator through and through. He’s a get-it-done kind of guy who keeps projects moving, solves problems without making a lot of noise about it, and makes sure commitments turn into real outcomes. Founders quickly learn that if Joe is involved, things are going to get handled.
He works closely with the China team to ensure products are exactly what clients are expecting, helping translate ideas into clear execution with factory partners. If something doesn’t go according to plan, Joe is often the one digging in, figuring out what went wrong, and finding the most practical way to move forward.
Joe supports founders from early product ideas through production, helping navigate decisions, identify opportunities, and remove roadblocks along the way. His approach is calm, thoughtful, and always focused on progress.
Outside of work, Joe is close with his family and enjoys traveling whenever he gets the chance. He has explored destinations including Colombia, Mexico, and China, and enjoys experiencing new cultures and perspectives. His girlfriend is an artist, and together they have a cat. He also enjoys following MMA and appreciates the discipline and strategy behind the sport.
